Salemi, Sicily 1 euro property
Its been a long time since we have been writing about Salemi and the regeneration project of the town via offering the derelict ruins at 1 euro to the world. Over this period MIPC has registered over 2000 interested parties in puchasing a property and restoring the house to its original state to make Salemi a success.
